We have the answer!Beautiful Creatures is back! Following it’s successful run at Montecasino last year, the wonderful, much loved Beautiful Creatures characters come to life again this summer in a full stage production at Pieter Toerien’s Montecasino Theatre, opening on Wednesday, 30 November 2011. Join Imvubu the Happiest Hippo on his journey of self-discovery, from a shy little hippo to the happy hippo he is today. Meet his friends, Mafutha the Elephant, Morris the Funky Monkey, and Georgina the Gentlest Giraffe. Dance with him as he learns his steps from Tallulah the Tortoise and purr and growl as he finds his ‘inner roar’ from Lucas the Lazy Lion. The show is under an hour and ideal for parents and children to watch together. Beautiful Creatures is a co-production between Hazel Feldman of Showtime Management and Ed Jordan, Alan Glass and Paul Choritz of Beautiful Creatures. Last year’s production was staged during the 2010 World Cup and received the Naledi Theatre Award for “Best production for children”. The Beautiful Creatures Team is very proud to be associated with the iconic children’s brand Jelly Tots, the sponsors of the 2011 stage show.
